The South 5th High-Performance Home enhanced by BASF chemistry

BASF collaborates with Acero Construction to present the South 5th High-Performance Home. Expected to achieve LEED^® Gold and the highest rating under Austin Energy's Green Building Program, the south 5th is 45% more energy efficient than an average new home, offers a low environmental impact and cleaner, healthier indoor air quality. Moreover, each unit is expected to save 3,598 pounds of CO² per year compared to a standard code house of the same size.
